<3> Basic Postures and 4 Priority Action
3 Basic Postures JA Group upholds 3 basic postures of etrust,f ereform,f and econtributionf in exercising gthe Roles of JAs in Todayfs Society,h mentioned in the foregoing.
In other words, JAs commit themselves to supply such agricultural products as will be gtrustedh by consumers, to implement greformh of their business management so as to better respond to the expectations of members, and to develop cooperative activities which will gcontributeh to their local communities. 4 Priority Actions JA Group put together under the 4 pillars what to do with priority as shown in the diagrams below.
In implementing the priority actions, goals to be aimed at and practicing and responsible bodies shall be clearly identified. Within such a framework, tasks to be tackled by all JA organizations shall be classified as ghighest priority matters,h for which implementation programs engaging all tiers of the Group shall be formulated, regular checks made of the achievement, and the programs shall be reviewed and reformulated as necessary in the course of implementation. With regard to matters not falling under the nation-wide highest priority, prefecture level organizations and/or primary tier JAs will, in the light of the local conditions and on their own discretion, set up matters to tackle, for which individual organizations will take responsibility of implementation and supervise the steps of progress. In this way, the Group set out their posture to gpracticeh in a clear fashion.
